Responsibility
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to assigned business units, providing guidance on HR policies, workforce planning, and organizational development.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals, ensuring seamless execution of operational strategies.
- Lead talent management efforts, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
- Drive employee engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance retention.
- Conduct HR analytics to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and provide coaching to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, mitigating risks and promoting ethical practices.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create an inclusive and equitable work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a business partner or generalist role.
- Proven track record of partnering with senior leadership to drive HR strategies and operational excellence.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
