Responsibility
- Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and foster career development.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
