Responsibility

  • Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and foster career development.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective communication and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
