Responsibility
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support HR operations such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to implement employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Participate in HR projects, including policy development, process improvements, and compliance initiatives.
- Conduct HR analytics and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
- Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees.
- Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks, including documentation and filing.
- Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Basic understanding of HR principles, recruitment processes, and employment laws.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS tools (a plus).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Familiarity with Bali’s labor regulations is an advantage.
