As the HRBP Manager, you will align HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture while ensuring our workforce remains motivated, skilled, and aligned with our company’s vision. Based in the vibrant and culturally rich regions of Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung), you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best-in-class HR practices, from talent acquisition and retention to performance management and organizational development.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals to enhance organizational performance and employee satisfaction.
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights and recommendations on workforce planning, talent management, and cultural development.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback mechanisms, and retention programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Drive talent acquisition and succession planning, ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains top-tier talent.
  • Oversee performance management systems, including goal-setting, evaluations, and development plans to maximize employee productivity.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing conflicts, grievances, and compliance with labor laws to maintain a harmonious work environment.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to promote a workplace that values and celebrates differences.
  • Collaborate with HR centers of excellence (COEs) to implement compensation, benefits, and learning & development programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
  • Minimum 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP or strategic HR leadership role.
  • Proven track record in organizational development, talent management, and change leadership.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in HR analytics and reporting to inform decision-making.
  • Experience working in multicultural or international environments is highly desirable.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
