Responsibility
- Develop and administer comprehensive compensation programs, including base pay, bonuses, and incentives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market competitiveness.
- Conduct regular salary benchmarking and market analysis to maintain equitable and attractive remuneration packages.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and senior leadership to design job grading structures and career progression frameworks.
- Oversee the annual compensation review cycle, including budget planning, merit increases, and promotion adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and corporate policies related to employee compensation.
- Partner with Finance and People Analytics teams to model compensation costs and forecast budget impacts.
- Lead communication strategies to educate employees and managers on compensation philosophies, policies, and programs.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities in the compensation landscape.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Masterâs degree or HR certification (e.g., CCP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in compensation management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in job evaluation, salary structuring, and incentive plan design.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HRIS, compensation software (e.g., Workday, SAP), and advanced Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regional compensation practices.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Experience working in multinational corporations or diverse cultural environments is highly desirable.
