Responsibility
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
- Lead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management.
- Drive employee engagement programs to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to streamline recruitment processes and attract top talent.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to promote a thriving work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner role.
- Proven track record of partnering with leadership to drive organizational change.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Experience in talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
