Responsibility

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
  • Lead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Drive employee engagement programs to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to streamline recruitment processes and attract top talent.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to promote a thriving work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner role.
  • Proven track record of partnering with leadership to drive organizational change.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Experience in talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
