Responsibility
- Partner with department heads to develop and execute human capital strategies that support business goals.
- Lead organizational design and change management initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Provide expert coaching and guidance to management on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and propose actionable solutions to improve business performance.
- Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition and retention strategies to ensure a pipeline of high-quality talent.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal corporate policies.
- Drive employee engagement and culture-building programs across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or Generalist capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and employment regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into business insights.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Professional certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is an advantage.
