Responsibility
- Assist in processing and tracking SSS claims, PhilHealth contributions, and Pag-IBIG fund registrations for employees.
- Support the BIR TIN registration process for new hires and ensure accurate documentation.
- Monitor and update statutory loan applications and repayments (e.g., SSS salary loans, Pag-IBIG housing loans).
- Maintain and organize employee benefits records in compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare and distribute benefits-related communications (e.g., enrollment guides, policy updates) to employees.
- Collaborate with the HR team to resolve employee inquiries regarding benefits, deductions, and compliance requirements.
- Assist in monthly and quarterly reporting for government-mandated contributions and benefits utilization.
- Participate in HR process improvement initiatives to streamline benefits administration.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Philippine labor laws, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG systems is a plus (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable working with HRIS or payroll software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new HR systems and processes.
- Open to candidates based in Bali or willing to relocate (remote work options may be considered).
