Responsibility

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring timeliness and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles for open positions.
  • Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Manage candidate communications, including offer letters, rejections, and feedback, with professionalism and empathy.
  • Organize and facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and metrics to track hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices and labor laws to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR generalist roles.
  • Proven ability to source, screen, and hire top talent in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, or recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations is a plus.
