Responsibility
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring timeliness and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles for open positions.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage candidate communications, including offer letters, rejections, and feedback, with professionalism and empathy.
- Organize and facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and metrics to track hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and labor laws to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR generalist roles.
- Proven ability to source, screen, and hire top talent in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, or recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, etc.).
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations is a plus.
