As an HR Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our human resources department by managing recruitment processes, fostering employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Responsibility
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in HR databases.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and feedback sessions.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Handle employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and professional resolutions.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration, collaborating with finance and external vendors as needed.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations for management, highlighting key metrics and insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar role (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply).
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with HRIS or ATS software.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing HR challenges.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Filipino) are a plus.
