Responsibility
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and development plans.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance workplace efficiency.
- Organize and facilitate employee engagement activities, training programs, and team-building events.
- Handle payroll processing and benefits administration in collaboration with finance teams.
- Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing confidential and professional support.
- Assist in workforce planning and talent development initiatives to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong internship experience may be considered).
- Proficient in HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
