As a Recruitment Assistant, you will support end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing top talent to coordinating interviews and onboarding new employees. Responsibility

  • Assist in full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and initial screenings.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications for shortlisted candidates.
  • Prepare and distribute offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding materials.
  • Collaborate with HR team to organize job fairs, career events, and campus recruitment drives.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source effectiveness) and prepare reports.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company hiring policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support (internships count!).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
