Responsibility
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR databases and filing systems.
- Process and manage payroll and benefits administration, including timekeeping and leave requests.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents and communications (e.g., offer letters, contracts, policies).
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general workplace concerns.
- Collaborate with the HR team to implement process improvements and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome!).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic HR software.
