Responsibility

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Support new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all hires.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR databases and filing systems.
  • Process payroll and benefits administration, including timekeeping, leave management, and compensation adjustments.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related documents and reports (e.g., employment contracts, offer letters, and compliance forms).
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and company events.
  • Assist in resolving basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to implement process improvements and ensure compliance with local labor laws.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
