Responsibility
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR databases and filing systems.
- Process payroll and benefits administration, including timekeeping, leave management, and compensation adjustments.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents and reports (e.g., employment contracts, offer letters, and compliance forms).
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and company events.
- Assist in resolving basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Collaborate with the HR team to implement process improvements and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and can-do attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws or HR best practices is advantageous but not required.
