Responsibility
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for open positions using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Coordinate with private organizations, universities, and recruitment agencies to expand talent pipelines.
- Conduct initial phone/video interviews and assess candidate fit based on role requirements and company culture.
- Manage job postings on multiple platforms, ensuring compelling and SEO-optimized descriptions.
- Assist in organizing hiring events, career fairs, and campus recruitment drives.
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source effectiveness).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and refine selection criteria.
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation and orientation scheduling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR support roles.
- Proven track record in sourcing candidates through diverse channels (LinkedIn, JobStreet, referrals, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in HRIS/ATS software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
