Responsibility
- Manage and process foreign worker permit renewals (KITAS, IMTA, etc.) in compliance with Indonesian immigration laws.
- Liaise with government agencies, legal representatives, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely submissions.
- Maintain accurate records of employee visas, work permits, and related documentation.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes for international hires, including orientation and exit interviews.
- Coordinate with payroll to ensure compliance with tax and social security regulations for foreign employees.
- Provide administrative support for HR functions, including contract management and employee data updates.
- Monitor expiration dates of permits and proactively initiate renewal processes.
- Support the HR team in resolving work permit-related inquiries from employees and managers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on foreign worker permit processing in Indonesia.
- Familiarity with Indonesian immigration laws (KITAS, IMTA, RPTKA) and labor regulations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in HRIS or document management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
