Responsibility
- Assist in the administration of foreign worker documentation, including work permits, visas, and legal compliance checks to ensure adherence to Indonesian labor laws.
- Coordinate hostel operations for foreign employees, including accommodation arrangements, maintenance requests, and welfare support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files, contracts, and attendance tracking.
- Support recruitment processes, from job postings to interview scheduling and onboarding of new hires.
- Liaise with government agencies, embassies, and third-party vendors to facilitate smooth foreign worker integration and compliance.
- Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee queries related to compensation and policies.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and compliance risks.
- Contribute to HR initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR administration, foreign worker management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws, particularly those governing foreign workers (e.g., KITAS, IMTA).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software (e.g., SAP, BambooHR).
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Cultural sensitivity and experience working with diverse, international teams is a plus.
