Responsibility

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition into the company.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both digital and physical, in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building events and wellness programs.
  • Process payroll and benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters, including leave requests and policy clarifications.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations for management review, highlighting key metrics and trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR support role, with a strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with HRIS or payroll software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
