Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Manage employee records and HR documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures for new hires and departing employees.
- Support payroll processing by verifying timesheets and attendance records.
- Organize and facilitate training sessions and team-building activities.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general employment matters.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations for management review.
- Assist in planning and executing company events and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior work experience required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HR software.
