Responsibility
- HR Business Partnering: Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals, providing data-driven insights and solutions.
- Employee Relations: Manage workplace conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions while promoting a fair and inclusive work environment.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Oversee recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
- Performance Management: Implement and monitor performance review systems, coaching managers on feedback and development plans.
- HR Operations: Streamline HR processes, including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with local labor laws.
- Policy Development: Review, update, and communicate HR policies to ensure legal compliance and best practices.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate L&D programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- HR Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze HR KPIs (e.g., turnover, retention) to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or business partnering role.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and multinationalsā HR practices.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Leadership: Proven ability to mentor teams and drive HR initiatives independently.
- Language: Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to ethical HR practices.
