Responsibility
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Manage onboarding procedures for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition into the company.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both digital and physical, in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and company events.
- Handle payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for all employees.
- Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and escalating issues to HR management when necessary.
- Assist in performance management processes, including tracking evaluations and supporting feedback sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR support, recruitment, or administrative roles (fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
