Responsibility
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent, conduct interviews, and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- HR Policy Development: Create, implement, and maintain company HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in compliance with local labor laws.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration: Oversee payroll processing, manage employee benefits, and ensure accurate and timely compensation.
- Compliance & Legal Adherence: Monitor and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations, work permits, and other legal requirements.
- Office Management: Coordinate office logistics, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance to ensure a productive work environment.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture, address employee concerns, and mediate conflicts to maintain high morale.
- Performance Management: Implement performance review systems, track employee progress, and support career development initiatives.
- Administrative Support: Provide executive and administrative assistance, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years in HR, administration, or a related field, with experience in building HR systems from scratch.
- Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws, employment contracts, and compliance requirements is a plus.
- Recruitment Expertise: Strong background in talent acquisition, interviewing, and onboarding best practices.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English (written and verbal) with excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office, and payroll systems; experience with ERP tools is advantageous.
