Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
  • Oversee HR administration, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and HRIS management.
  • Handle work pass and visa applications for local and expatriate employees, liaising with government agencies as needed.
  • Provide comprehensive expatriate management support, including relocation assistance, orientation, and cultural integration.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate office administration, including facility management, vendor relations, and procurement.
  • Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition, from job postings to candidate screening and interviews.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a multicultural or international setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, payroll systems, and work pass regulations.
  • Proficient in HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, SAP, or local equivalents) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience in expatriate management and cross-cultural team coordination.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
