Responsibility
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives, such as training program logistics and employee skill assessments.
- Contribute to employee engagement activities, including surveys, events, and internal communications.
- Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate administrative tasks, such as onboarding/offboarding, payroll support, and HR-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in drafting HR policies, reports, and presentations for management review.
- Stay updated on labor laws and HR best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (final-year students are welcome to apply).
- 0-2 years of experience in HR, administration, or office support (internships or part-time roles count!).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity.
