Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, employee records management, and maintaining HR databases.
- Handle administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
- Coordinate office logistics, including meeting room bookings, office supplies, and vendor management.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR-related reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Provide general support to employees and management on HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR, administration, or a similar role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (written and verbal).
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
