Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Oversee employee records, contracts, and HR documentation to ensure compliance with local labor laws.
  • Coordinate payroll processing and benefits administration, liaising with finance and external providers as needed.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Organize training and development programs to support employee growth and skill enhancement.
  • Manage office administration, including procurement, vendor relations, and facility coordination.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to provide insights for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in a marketing or creative industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office, and payroll systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
