Responsibility
- Lead and manage the HR and administration team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and policies.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Act as the primary liaison for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, facilitating communication and cultural integration.
- Design and implement HR systems and processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Manage employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and career development plans.
- Handle administrative tasks, including office management, vendor relations, and facility coordination.
- Prepare and present HR reports and analytics to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in HR management, preferably in the tech or internet industry.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is required for stakeholder communication.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising a team of 5+ members.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to changing priorities.
