Responsibility

  • Manage and coordinate expatriate visa applications, work permits, and relocation processes to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Oversee office operations and facilities management, including maintenance, security, and workspace optimization.
  • Handle travel arrangements and logistics for employees, executives, and visitors, ensuring cost-effective and efficient solutions.
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking for administrative and HR-related activities.
  • Coordinate employee services and welfare programs, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a productive and compliant work environment.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for HR and administrative functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, visa regulations, and expatriate management.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR management software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
  • Experience in budgeting, vendor management, and contract negotiation is highly desirable.
