Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and workplace equity.
- Oversee daily administrative operations, including facilities management and office procurement.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing grievances and fostering a positive work environment.
- Support performance management processes and organize employee training and development programs.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management systems with high accuracy.
- Provide analytical reporting on HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven working experience (minimum 3-5 years) as an HR Manager or similar leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor law, employment acts, and industry best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask and handle complex administrative challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certification in HR (e.g., HRCI or equivalent) is highly desirable.
