Responsibility
- Coordinate HR activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking employees, clients, and partners, facilitating clear and effective communication.
- Manage office administration, including supply inventory, vendor relations, and facility maintenance.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration, liaising with external providers as needed.
- Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements for local and international team members.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company values and legal requirements.
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling, correspondence, and report preparation.
- Act as a cultural ambassador, promoting inclusivity and collaboration in a multicultural workplace.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) and proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a diverse team.
