Responsibility

  • Coordinate HR activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking employees, clients, and partners, facilitating clear and effective communication.
  • Manage office administration, including supply inventory, vendor relations, and facility maintenance.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration, liaising with external providers as needed.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements for local and international team members.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company values and legal requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling, correspondence, and report preparation.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador, promoting inclusivity and collaboration in a multicultural workplace.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) and proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a diverse team.
