As our HR Analyst, you will not just crunch numbers; you will be responsible for manpower costing analysis, identifying trends in workforce metrics, and driving process improvements that streamline our operational efficiency. We are looking for someone with an expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a keen eye for HR analytics who can effectively communicate data-backed recommendations to senior management.

Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive HR dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and workforce metrics.
  • Conduct deep-dive manpower costing analyses to ensure optimal budget allocation and headcount efficiency.
  • Prepare accurate, timely monthly and ad-hoc HR reports for management review and strategic planning.
  • Identify inefficiencies in existing HR workflows and implement data-driven process improvements.
  • Collaborate with finance and department heads to reconcile payroll and headcount data.
  • Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive HR data within the HRIS system.
  • Support the HR team in policy evaluation through analytical research and comparative benchmarking.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in HR data analysis or reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Macros, and complex data modeling).
  • Strong numerical aptitude with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into simple, actionable insights.
  • Experience working with HRIS software or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
