Responsibility
- Develop and maintain comprehensive HR dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and workforce metrics.
- Conduct deep-dive manpower costing analyses to ensure optimal budget allocation and headcount efficiency.
- Prepare accurate, timely monthly and ad-hoc HR reports for management review and strategic planning.
- Identify inefficiencies in existing HR workflows and implement data-driven process improvements.
- Collaborate with finance and department heads to reconcile payroll and headcount data.
- Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive HR data within the HRIS system.
- Support the HR team in policy evaluation through analytical research and comparative benchmarking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in HR data analysis or reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Macros, and complex data modeling).
- Strong numerical aptitude with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into simple, actionable insights.
- Experience working with HRIS software or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
