Responsibility
- Process HR and Payroll transactions with high accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide exceptional support to clients by resolving HR-related inquiries efficiently.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.
- Generate reports and dashboards to support HR decision-making.
- Assist in the implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
- Ensure confidentiality and data security in all HR transactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations, payroll processing, or shared services.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
