Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both digital and physical.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
- Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as contracts, letters, and compliance forms.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and report generation.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide timely and accurate information regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR administrative role or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
