Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, personal details, and employment documentation.
- Assist in processing monthly payroll, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, including preparation of offer letters, orientation schedules, and IT setup.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general employment matters.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review, including turnover rates and hiring metrics.
- Liaise with external partners such as insurance providers, recruitment agencies, and legal advisors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration, payroll, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and payroll software.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
