Responsibility
- Manage daily HR administrative tasks, including employee records, attendance tracking, and payroll support.
- Assist in recruitment processes, from posting job ads to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor laws.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as contracts, offer letters, and internal communications.
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving minor conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance team skills and performance.
- Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and club perks for staff.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics, such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction, to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR administration, office support, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and basic payroll systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee data.
- Proactive attitude, team player mindset, and a passion for contributing to a positive work culture.
