Responsibility
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all HR documentation.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees.
- Handle payroll administration, including data entry, leave tracking, and benefits coordination.
- Prepare HR reports, presentations, and documentation for management review.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR-related events.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelorâs degree (S1) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR administration, recruitment, or generalist roles (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software is a plus.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
