Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate HR records, including employee files, contracts, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
- Assist in payroll administration by verifying data accuracy and liaising with finance teams.
- Prepare and distribute HR reports, including attendance, leave balances, and performance metrics.
- Support recruitment activities, such as scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate databases.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedural guidelines.
- Organize training sessions and workshops to foster professional development.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
