Responsibility
- Manage and organize office documents, ensuring accurate filing and easy retrieval.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Support HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and managing attendance records.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.
- Perform data entry and maintain updated records in company databases.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with basic accounting or HR software is an advantage.
