Responsibility
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as contracts, offer letters, and onboarding materials.
- Support payroll processing by verifying timesheets, attendance records, and other relevant data.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general administrative concerns.
- Organize and maintain HR filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval and compliance.
- Assist in planning and executing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment on HR-related matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software is a plus.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and HR practices is an advantage.
