Responsibility

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding documentation to ensure compliance and a smooth transition.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases while ensuring strict data confidentiality.
  • Support daily office administrative tasks, including facilities management and office supply procurement.
  • Coordinate internal staff communications, company events, and team-building initiatives.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and leave management administration.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior internship experience in HR is a significant advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
