Responsibility
- Manage and maintain personnel records, including employee data, contracts, and attendance.
- Handle recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding new hires.
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursements.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports.
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist in performance management and employee relations activities.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and manage vendor relationships.
- Support general administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
