Responsibility

  • Manage and organize daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and documentation for KPI divisions.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes or action items.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and tracking systems to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents with high attention to detail.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, mail) professionally and promptly.
  • Liaise with other departments to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and information sharing.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to maintain operational readiness.
  • Support special projects or events by providing logistical and administrative assistance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative, secretarial, or clerical roles, preferably in an educational or corporate setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a proven track record of handling multiple priorities.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Proactive mindset with a solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
