Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Oversee employee records management, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll processing and benefits administration, liaising with finance and external providers as needed.
- Organize and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Manage office administrative tasks, including procurement, vendor relations, and facility coordination.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a multinational or dynamic work environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and conflict resolution is a plus.
