Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding to ensure timely hiring of top talent.
- Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as office supplies, facilities management, and vendor relations to maintain a productive work environment.
- Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management to ensure accuracy and employee satisfaction.
- Organize and facilitate employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and team-building activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievances, and performance management discussions.
- Prepare HR reports, analytics, and presentations for management to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and company HR policies, staying updated on legal changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in the telecommunications or tech industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in HRIS software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience with payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee engagement initiatives is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
