Responsibility

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding to ensure timely hiring of top talent.
  • Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks such as office supplies, facilities management, and vendor relations to maintain a productive work environment.
  • Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management to ensure accuracy and employee satisfaction.
  • Organize and facilitate employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and team-building activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievances, and performance management discussions.
  • Prepare HR reports, analytics, and presentations for management to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and company HR policies, staying updated on legal changes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in the telecommunications or tech industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in HRIS software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience with payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee engagement initiatives is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
