Responsibility

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation with confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing staff.
  • Handle payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursements.
  • Oversee office administrative tasks, including supply management, correspondence, and filing systems.
  • Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and facilitating internal communications.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain updated databases for compliance and auditing purposes.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR, administration, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
