Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Manage employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees.
- Handle payroll administration and liaise with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Support the preparation of HR reports and presentations for management review.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general administrative matters.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive HR information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR administrative or support role (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software or databases.
- High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
