Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, providing confidential guidance and conflict resolution.
  • Investigate and mediate workplace disputes, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs to boost morale and retention.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with staff to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to update and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Organize training sessions on workplace conduct, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in employee relations, HR generalist roles, or labor relations.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are advantageous.
