Responsibility

  • Manage and resolve employee disciplinary cases, grievances, and labor-related concerns in compliance with local and international labor laws.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to promote fair treatment, equity, and a positive workplace culture.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and provide impartial recommendations for resolution.
  • Collaborate with management to address performance issues, facilitate corrective actions, and ensure consistent application of company policies.
  • Design and deliver training programs on employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace ethics.
  • Monitor workplace morale and engagement, identifying trends and proposing initiatives to improve employee satisfaction.
  • Represent the company in labor negotiations, audits, and legal proceedings as required.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all employee relations cases and ensure confidentiality and data integrity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee relations, HR management, or a similar role, preferably in a multinational or diverse work environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, with experience in compliance and risk management.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills with a collaborative approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) or labor relations is highly desirable.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, international setting with a focus on cultural sensitivity and inclusion.
