Responsibility
- Manage and resolve employee disciplinary cases, grievances, and labor-related concerns in compliance with local and international labor laws.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to promote fair treatment, equity, and a positive workplace culture.
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and provide impartial recommendations for resolution.
- Collaborate with management to address performance issues, facilitate corrective actions, and ensure consistent application of company policies.
- Design and deliver training programs on employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace ethics.
- Monitor workplace morale and engagement, identifying trends and proposing initiatives to improve employee satisfaction.
- Represent the company in labor negotiations, audits, and legal proceedings as required.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all employee relations cases and ensure confidentiality and data integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee relations, HR management, or a similar role, preferably in a multinational or diverse work environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, with experience in compliance and risk management.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills with a collaborative approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) or labor relations is highly desirable.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, international setting with a focus on cultural sensitivity and inclusion.
