Responsibility
- Lead and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks in alignment with local labor laws and company standards.
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compensation structures to ensure accuracy and employee satisfaction.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as training programs, team-building activities, and wellness campaigns.
- Manage office administration, including facility coordination, vendor relations, and procurement of supplies/equipment.
- Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary actions with professionalism and fairness.
- Maintain HR records, databases, and reporting systems to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with leadership to forecast staffing needs and design workforce planning strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven expertise in Indonesian labor laws, payroll systems, and HRIS software.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to engage with employees at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Experience in administrative management, including office operations and budget oversight.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) or relevant training are highly advantageous.
