Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support employee onboarding by preparing documentation, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Help manage HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
- Provide administrative support for office operations, including filing, correspondence, and supply management.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration under supervision.
- Handle front office duties, such as greeting visitors, managing phone calls, and coordinating meetings.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement activities or policy updates.
- Prepare reports and presentations for HR and management as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and labor laws is advantageous.
- Prior internship or work experience in administration or HR is a plus.
